Buddy Hield Questionable Sunday vs. Thunder; Harrison Barnes Doubtful

The Kings have the potential to be pretty thin in the backcourt for Sunday’s matchup vs. the Thunder. De’Aaron Fox remains out of the lineup due to health and safety protocols, and Barnes is doubtful with an adductor injury. Hield suffered a sprained ankle during Friday’s loss vs. the Spurs, and he’s officially listed as questionable. That loss to the Spurs dropped the Kings three games behind the Spurs in the chase for the No. 10 seed in the Western Conference, so their slim hopes of qualifying for the play-in tournament are getting slimmer.

If Hield is unable to suit up, Delon Wright and Terence Davis will see all the minutes they can handle. Both players saw at least 32.6 minutes in the Kings’ last game, and that was with Hiled playing 38.9 minutes. That would make both players excellent options on FanDuel vs. the Thunder.

The Kings are currently listed as 9.5-point favorites vs. the Thunder on FanDuel Sportsbook.
