Tonight’s game is Prozingis’s third straight that he will miss because of the injury, last playing in the Mavericks’ 115-105 win against the Detroit Pistons on Apr. 29, scoring 11 points and one rebound in 20 minutes of action. This season, he has started in 40 games, averaging 31 minutes, 20 points, nine rebounds and two assists per game.
With Porzingis out of the rotation, expect Luka Doncic to see an uptick in production. In 1,231 minutes this season without Porzingis on the floor, Doncic has a 36.9% usage rate, averaging 1.46 fantasy points per minute. Priced at $10,900 on FanDuel, Doncic is a key playmaker for the Mavericks, averaging 35 minutes, 29 points, eight rebounds and nine assists in 58 games this season. He also leads the team in usage with a 35.9% usage rate.
The Mavericks are a 1-point road underdog against the Miami Heat on FanDuel Sportsbook in a game with a 215.5 total.
