Serge Ibaka and Patrick Beverley Remain Out, Kawhi Leonard Questionable Sunday

Kristina Pink reports that the Los Angeles Clippers will be without Patrick Beverley and Serge Ibaka on Sunday, noting that Kawhi Leonard’s participation remains questionable. The Clippers are set to host the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday night and without Beverley for the sixth straight game and without Ibaka for the 19th straight game. Leonard last played on April 9.

The Clippers have shuffled their lineup with their trio of starters out. Luke Kennard has moved into the shooting guard role, with Paul George moving up to small forward. Reggie Jackson has taken over point guard duties, and Ivica Zubac has started at center.

Zubac has benefitted from the increased usage. He’s averaging 26.3 FanDuel Fantasy Points since Ibaka’s been out, bringing his season-long average up to 22.2. Jackson has also been rolling, posting an average of 30.7 FanDuel Fantasy Points over his last five games. Zubac has a $5,400 salary on the Sunday main slate at FanDuel; Jackson’s salary is $5,600. Kennard peaked with 30.5 fantasy points against the Detroit Pistons on April 14 but has otherwise been unimpressive. He has a $3,800 salary on Sunday.

FanDuel Sportsbook opened the Clippers as 8.5 point favorites against the T-Wolves.
